I am a big believer in the Oxford comma.
I know that I don't always follow all of the grammar rules. My inner grammar nazi hates me for it. Every time I write a fragment phase, I see my grammar nazi standing over me, tapping her foot with a scowl on her face. But I use fragment phases for emphasis!
But I always, ALWAYS, use the Oxford comma.
